Connecting to the VPN

To Connect, just choose Connect from the menu. You may need to enter your username and password, if prompted. If the VPN connects successfully, the log window should disappear, and you should see a notification popup informing you that you’re connected. The OpenVPN tray icon should have also turned green.

If you get any errors, or if the connection is not working, please open a new ticket.

Disconnecting from the VPN

Like Connecting, to Disconnect, right click on the OpenVPN icon and choose “Disconnect” from the menu. You may also want to close the OpenVPN client by right clicking the icon again and choosing “Exit”.
